The submission deadline for the 2026 D.E. Kines/Elaine Huff Application is Friday, August 14, 2026. The drawing will take place on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at the District 3 Retired Members Council Meeting in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. All the information needed is attached in the file link provided however if you have an issue downloading the file please reach out to a Union representative with your email to have it forwarded.
